At the end of ZoranĐinđić Boulevard in Novi Beograd, we have constructed a very appealing commercial building.
In Novi Beograd, between the Boulevard and existing buildings, rises a commercial building - basement, ground floor and 2 floors that stands out from the surrounding building with its appearance and quality.
It was constructed as a reinforced concrete system with full slabs and the complete building lies on a full 50 cm foundation pad.
Over 5.000 m3 of concrete and 800,000kg of various reinforcementwere used for the construction.
The roof covering is a light steel substructure, placed over reinforced concrete plates and the final cladding is a double aluminum sheet metal with thermal insulation.
