SMB gradnja built this facility in 2008 for EV-PRO company, Subotica.

Within the existing storage space, a completely new commercial place with a showroom and production space as well as storage plateau.

The entire facility was constructed as reinforced concrete skeletal structure connected with reinforced concrete beams while the walls are solid brick. Reinforced concrete ceiling panels were made as fert ceiling. The facade is demit. The roofing on the showroom is wooden while on the production part it is steel grid. Both are covered with sandwich panels.

The external plateaus are industrial floors with ferro-concrete on a previously prepared surface. Surface water drainage system from the plateau is regulated with an ACO channel system.
