In the period from December 2011 to May 2012, SMB gradnja has built the Sports recreation center in Subotica. On April 30, 2012 the newly constructed sports recreational center Prozivka was opened for the public. It is the first complex in Subotica with 2 indoor swimming pools all on about 3,800 square meters of effective floor area.  Works on the swimming pool construction began on December 7, 2011 by setting a timer that counted the days, hours and minutes backwards. The deadline for finishing the work was 180 days. Works have only been stopped due to heavy snow and the complete construction works have been finished in only 143 days. The 3,800 square meter facility has a big swimming pool (33mx25mx2m), a small swimming pool (12.5mx8mx1.2m), gym and spa center. The entire complex is equipped with the most advanced cleaning and maintenance technology.
