In late 2008 and early 2009, SMB gradnja built a new, very demanding facility for Mlekara Subotica – PET packaging facility.

Between the existing management building and parking spaces, in a short period of time, the PET packaging facility was completed.

The facility has reinforced concretepad foundations connected withreinforced concrete beams and the wall construction is a combination of steel bearing pillars (on which steel roof grids were placed) and Ytong blocks coated with facade thermal incombustible panels on a steel substructure. The roof covering is also made of thermal incombustible panels. The inner walls are covered with thermal panels due to different systems applied. The complete flooring is acid resistant ceramic Hegenes and all installations are made from Ø25 to Ø150 inox pipes. All platforms, racks and fences are inox as well.

The external handling plateau is an industrial ferro-concrete floor on a previously prepared surface.
