In Bajmok, 30 km from Subotica, SMB gradnja has built an elementary school.

The building has a ground floor, one floor and attic. It has been built as a skeletal structure with reinforced concrete core and full 20cm thick reinforced concrete plates. The entire facility lies on reinforced concrete strip foundation. The roof is a wooden construction with planks and covered with galvanized plasticized sheet metal. The facade is compliant with the existing buildings and ambience. It is a sandwich wall, combination of blocks, mineral wool and brick. The finishing is the so called silicone facade.

In accordance with the purpose of the building, interior craft works were completed using most contemporary materials while plumbing, hydrants and sewage network as well as weak and strong electricity and central heating with substation were implemented according to the investor’s demands and the project solution.

External works included behaton concrete plates with necessary surface water drainage system. Green areas and low vegetation refine the entire space.
