In 2008 SMB gradnja built this warehouse for the IVAŠPED company.

In the industrial part of the City of Subotica called Magnetnapolja, within the contracted deadline, we have managed to complete the construction of a consumer goods warehouse.

The warehouse has a steel structure covered with facade and roof incombustible thermal panels. The entire construction lies on reinforced concrete pad foundation and strip foundation. The flooring is industrial and made from 20cm thick ferro-concrete. The entire facility is equipped with plumbing, hydrants and sewage network as well as weak and strong electricity. Three automatic doors with elevating ramps were also installed. The complex was completed by doing all underground installations, transport routes and necessary parking spaces for light and heavy vehicles.
